An IMHA is a trained and experienced advocate. They are independent, which means that they are separate from your medical and social care teams and work for a different organisation, view here..


Community Advocacy is for people who need independent support to deal with an issue they are facing, view here..


The IMCA role is to support and represent the person in the decision-making process. IMCA’s make sure that the Mental Capacity Act 2005 is being followed., view here.

Paid RPR

Our Paid Relevant Persons Representatives (RPR) are qualified advocates who have specialist knowledge of the Mental Capacity Act and Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards legislation, view here.
